Re: And so it begins

Really love your Indians, looking great, just came across your post, lol

Years ago I used to have a mini figs 15mm WRG 6th Indian army, long gone now but have always had a soft spot for them, wish there were digital cameras around then to save a pic of them.

Re: Anglo Danish v Dark Age Scots 21.10.17

All of our battles so far have been played using the rules as written, the guys seems to like the 28mm longer move / ranged fire distances and they work fine, admittedly the table size is bigger - About 7 or 8 ft. x 5 ft. This gives lots of opportunity for wide outflanking manoeuvres if the commande...

Anglo Danish v Dark Age Scots 21.10.17

https://www.flickr.com/photos/guard44/ (Pictures should be at the top of page at present) This Saturday’s battle was another introduction for two more friends to highlight the Swordpoint Ancient and Medieval wargame rules, it was for me a step in the dark slightly, as our main rules guru could not m...

Re: Small scale rules

There a quite a few guys now in my area that are playing SP, mostly all at 15mm due to preference or ex FOG / WRG6th etc. 15mm works really well with these rules, basing figures (40mm frontage especially seen as the cross width for other rules) and during play. we are using the 28mm movement and sho...

Re: Publication Schedule

I am looking forward to the books, they will definitely add to the experience for me, plus lots of nice new colour to put on my bookcase, nice to collet them even without getting all the armies

Movement Tray

Please see my first ever attempt (That I can remember anyway) of making a movement tray (This time for Swordpoint), I think its look half decent. I bought one length of rod which cost about £2.50 ish (Should have enough to do the whole army?). Now I have one as a template the others in a production ...

Re: Anglo Danish v Dark Age Scots

Hi guys , thanks for the advice, you are right we do tend to go for big battles for which these rules are fantastic, really enjoyable. The AD are my army but I was lending them out, myself playing on the Scots side this battle. Welsh allies are in the pipeline. Times scale wise and finishing a game,...
