Yes that is fine, I was only talking of the situation where the player had already decided to model the commander on his own chariot. In my Gallic army, the commanders other than the general are integrated into the units, so I have them standing on chariots that are already paid for.

Warren the Vendel figures were taken over by an American firm I believe. I can't remember exactly who but a search on TMP will probably reveal them straight away. That said, 10 is a perfectly good number for a cavalry unit in Swordpoint.

A commander on a chariot should be on a chariot base. All measurements are done from the commander's head so the base size is not an issue. If you choose to attach such a commander to a 5-model chariot unit, remember you still have a 5-model chariot unit, you do not gain an extra fighting chariot-sa...

Yes the Rorarii do gain the benefit of the rule. Our knowledge of the changes to Roman armament is sketchy and the vague comments in the list commentary do more or less sum up all we know. You can set your own change date without fear of anyone being able to categorically tell you that you are wrong...

When you use levelled pikes this problem always occurs, which is why a lot of people use the compromise of 45 degree sloped pikes-but I agree the levelled ones look best. You can put bases under the pikes, or just halt them when the points touch the opponent; the extra depth only really matters when...
