I wouldn't bother with drilled for the Auxiliary archers. In fact I'd field them in open order without the armour, and probably have one unit of 10 bases. I should say that a force total of 999 is your own fault and there must be 750 on table at the start. However proscription to the point of spoiling the game is not our way. You can flank march with 250 points. Others note, this does not set a precedent though-250 points is the max.
