Hi Martin. In your initial response to this question in Feb 2017 you wrote that cavalry cannot counter-charge elephants. Is this still true? When cavalry counter-charge they are moved 1/3rd of the distance towards the chargers. If they are blocked from moving the requisite distance, do they receive ...

On p5 in the medieval book, artillery then wagons both deploy before all other troops. This could still apply but suggests that these units march at the front of your force rather than under guard in the middle of the army. Perhaps it would make more sense if they deployed at the same time as the co...

In this scenario only:-
At what point in the march-order are rockets, guns and wagon tabors deployed?
Are there restrictions on their location on the table?
Given the time required to deploy large guns, can they shoot in the first turn?

It looks likely that the ticket cost will remain at £33 for this year. It is advisable to book hotels early for this. A quick Trivago search for hotels and B&B's within 5 miles of Waterlooville shows 11 offers between £62-£88 for the two nights. This will cost more if you leave it too long. We still...

Thanks for the response Martin, all seems clear now. I have used a pair of rocket batteries in four games now. In the first three games they didn't trouble anyone. In game four they woke-up. In turn 1 they targeted an enemy archer unit and hit it causing 10 casualties. In turn 2 they targeted a nafa...
