Re: Swindon Event February 2019

As Bob said, thank you Martin and Lord S for organising and supporting the winners etc with prizes, and Andy C for sorting the venue. Thank you to my opponents for great games, they were not easy games. Remember Pompey Pillage in August, and even though it is Medieval Armies, we are allowing some Da...

Re: Swindon Event February 2019

Hi Andy, I will be there at 08:30 and happy to help set up. I will bring some milk, coffee and sugar. Dave J and I are bringing some game mats with us, a mixture of grassland and desert. I will have my 2 and I think Dave J will have 6 with him (most are from our club).

Martin, I agree we are all a bit "odd", but Lord S is our leader, so what do you expect. LOL

Also thanks to my opponents for great games, it is always nice to play other armies. Looking forward to Swindon in February, with my British Tribes, so no elephan...

Re: Combat Results Differential question

Hi Chris, They are locked in combat and fight in the next round of combat, unless one of the units decides to disengage in the movement phase and declares this at the same point that charges are declared. Obviously other things end a "continuing fighting" combat such as a nearby friendly unit is bro...

Re: Swindon Event February 2019

I have started to paint my Hittite army just in case it is chariots at Swindon.

Decision by Martin in just over a days time - Chariots or Classical.

However, Classical for me that will be my British Tribes with loads of chariots - I will take chariots to Swindon no matter what - LOL).
