Momentum Token and shooting results

Postby savagnonefabrizio » Wed Sep 18, 2019 9:36 am

Hello, I'm new to the rules, so sorry in advance if the question is silly.
An elephant and a scythed chariot are removed after 4 and 2 kills respectively. Additionally we have the crew of the elephant (1 kill per crew)
What I don't understand is how to calculate the 10% and 25% of casualties from shooting regarding the award of momentum tokens, numbers are too low (evend adding the crewmen) to have some differences between the percentages an so between the result.
Replies to my self are:
1- Elephant, percentage is not important because it never takes a cohesion test, so it becames always discouraged. So is 1 casualty enough? And independently if received by elephant and crewmen or do i have to distinguish?
2- Scyted chariot, errata say that it takes a Cohesion test for 25% casualties if it sustains a casualty from shooting. So this means that one casualty is enough to discourage it and let it take the cohesion test.
Am I right?
Thanks
Fabrizio

Hi Fabrizio,

An elephant never becomes discouraged by shooting, only as a result of combat. You are correct about the chariot.
