Chariot at Portsmouth 2022

Battle force Pompey will be holding a 1 day Chariot wars Gaming day from 9 am to 5 pm on the 30 April 2022 at the clubs venue, The Royal Navy club, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 7XD.

The cost will be £ 10 payable on the day for up to 16 players, tea and coffee will be supplied,

Local facilities, There is a large Sainsbury within walking distance.

The Royal Navy club bar will now be open at lunch time

1000 point Armies from the Chariot Armies supplement will only be accepted.

As this is a none tournament event there will be no prizes and your opponent will be selected at random but we will change your opponent if you regularly play against them, however if you do wish to play against someone we will try to accommodate you. 3 games will be played on 6 foot tables, you will need to bring 3 pieces of terrain each,

Tony Stafford has offered up his Sumerian Army and Mike Harding has offered up a second army, so if you are interested in playing but do not have an army we can assist you.

As it's a fun day we do not expect all the models to be painted or correct to the models listed, I don't have enough Syrian archers so i will be using somthing which fit the bill of open order archers.

Bring your list with you there is no need to send it in for checking unless you wish to.

Wayne, I have an Ayan Indian army for you. 9 chariots 4 elephants and a lot of infantry, pg 15 from the supplement. If you make up a list I will un box them for you . However on the day we could swap with my new kingdom Egyptians

I have had a look at the eastern armies and been very tempted. Just doesn't seem right. But I now can offer at least another 3 armies.
